At VLC, our mission is to make Jesus known in our city and beyond by spreading His love, truth, and grace. We are committed to transforming lives through passionate worship, biblical teaching, and intentional discipleship. Our mission is to seek the lost, equip believers, and impact the world through the power of the Holy Spirit, all while building a strong, Christ-centered community.

This is an active decision by each member of VLC to look for opportunities to spread the gospel, the love, and the hope of Jesus Christ in their world- their workplace, their school, and their community.
We are dedicated to discipleship- the raising up of young believers to maturity in Christ. This is done through authentic teaching, genuine community, and the Word of God.
Serving outside of our own four walls, being active in our community, creating opportunities to go and sending resources to missionaries that are active in spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ-- We are actively seeking to "turn our world upside down" just as the disciples did.

Founder of Masters Commission International Network. Lloyd and his wife Chris currently serve in Waco, TX as Lead Pastors of Victorious Life Church, Believing that “Changed people—Change people,” The Zeiglers strive to live life as a love letter to Jesus. Pastor Reggie serves as the Worship Pastor at VLC. He is married to Angela. They have three beautiful children together; Olivia, Sebastian, and Dennis. At church, Pastor Reggie loves coaching people to reach their potential in whatever goals they desire. Outside of the church, Pastor Reggie loves traveling, spending time with his family, volunteering in the community, and watching his kids participate in youth sports. Pastor Reggie loves people and would love to get to know you.

Joan has been a part of the staff team since 2015. She is passionate about Jesus, the Word, and the Church, and she is committed to imparting that passion to others. Joan was raised in Southern California, and has a huge family whom she loves and adores. She's had the opportunity to speak at events and churches all over the US, as well as the opportunity to travel to other countries like El Salvador and Moldova and minister alongside the Masters Commission team. Joan loves what she gets to do, and who she gets to do it with and is committed to training a generation of world changers to build and strengthen the Body of Christ.

Victory Life Church (VLC) offers several impactful programs designed to foster spiritual growth, leadership, and community engagement.
Additionally, VLC provides various other programs aimed at deepening faith, developing leadership skills, and strengthening relationships within the church family. Each program is crafted to support individuals at different stages of their spiritual walk, fostering a deeper connection with God and a stronger foundation in faith.

Master’s Commission is an intensive discipleship and ministry training program that equips participants with biblical knowledge and hands-on experience in serving the church and community.
Rooted is a transformational discipleship journey that helps individuals connect with God, the church, and their purpose through guided small groups and experiential learning.
